Lovely North Berkeley Office for SUBLET 2 days per week - real estate services

This is my office, but because I work from home several days a week, I’m looking for someone to sublet it two days per week.

This will be a casual arrangement—there will not be a formal lease, but rather a straightforward handshake agreement.

The space consists of two rooms: a private office and a conference room. The conference room currently doubles as storage for several boxes, which will likely remain. For that reason, the office is probably not ideal for someone who plans to host frequent client meetings. It is also not set up as a therapist’s office, as the seating arrangement is not especially conducive to that use.

There is also quite a bit of artwork and photography on the walls, all of which will remain.

I see this as a wonderful retreat for a writer—or anyone else in a solitary field—who wants a quiet, comfortable place of their own for a couple of days each week.

As a major plus, it’s right next door to Chez Panisse and all the other treats Berkeley’s Gourmet Ghetto has to offer!

I am asking $70 per day with a 2-day commitment–I can be flexible about which days of the week-and weekends are possible as well.

Free wifi and utilities - there is A/C.

There is also a fridge and a Nespresso machine.
