Hello,

I am a 65 yo clinical psychologist shifting my practice toward work as a life coach, marriage-relationship coach, positive skills development coach, etc. While there is much overlap between the work of a psychologist vs a life coach there are many things in common. After 30 plus years practicing as a psychologist, I am not available for a range of life coach services.

I've worked extensively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families covering a broad range of concerns

The name of the game is to do rather than reflect and to act vs analyzing. We will complete a thorough assessment to identify the changes you want to make it your life, create timelines, and steps to take to accomplish set goals. Unlike most psychotherapy life coaching identifies very specific objectives to be achieved, goals tome met, and plans to accomplish both.

Many times couples will seek services to strengthen their relationships while other times one individual makes contact to move towards the accomplishment of their goals. While there are hundreds of reasons people will initiate work with a life coach, some of the most common reasons include:

Sessions are available in my office and/or by telephone/Zoom/Skype/etc. Typically appointments can be scheduled within a few days. It is important to clarify that I do not accept insurance company payments. My fees have been lowered considerably to be very reasonable.

I offer initial consults and appointments the same day as requested usually. I am available to work with people in face-to-face meetings, via telephone, and/or Skype, Google Hangouts, Facetime, and so on. I don’t work with insurances of any kind or supply paperwork to get reimbursement from your insurance company. Instead, I offer very reasonable fees.

People can pay for services using Paypal, cash, personal check, etc. at the time of service. We anticipate that we'll be equipped to accept Visa/MasterCard in the coming months. Typically, an initial contact lasts 60-90 minutes to get a lay of the land and formulate a game plan. After that, sessions can vary in length as a function of practical constraints and considerations.

45-minute meeting $ 45.00
