The warm weather increases your outdoor summer chores: mowing the lawn, yard work and tending to your garden. Now the "fun" activities begin: camping, kayaking, hiking, swimming, waterskiing, and vacationing will only multiply the stress on your neck & shoulders, your legs, and your BACK? Additionally, the Summer's sun will be robbing your body of moisture and flexibility. Your SKIN is the biggest organ in your body! Your skin reflects the overall wellness of your body! In addition to tending to sore muscles, massage can improve the vitality of your skin, and your overall health and mental wellbeing in many ways, but specifically it can:

Improved blood circulation - Massage increases blood flow, which delivers critical oxygen and nutrients to all the cells throughout your body. A critical element to supporting your skins health.

Promotes healthy skin - Collagen is a key protein for maintaining skin elasticity and strength. Thanks to the increased blood circulation and stimulation of tissues caused by massage, a regular massage can help promote collagen development and your skins ability to maintain moisture.

Promotes lymphatic drainage - Massage helps the body's natural lymphatic drainage process to remove toxins and waste from the body. This supports overall wellness and can help reduce puffiness and gives your skin a brighter appearance.

My massage room is a comfortable and safe space, with the only GOAL being, to provide a peaceful environment for you too truly RELAX! Draping options offered for the client’s comfort level includes: full sheet “cocoon”, or minimal "sports draping" (cover for hips/chest, etc.), or no draping. Always, YOUR choice!

A relaxation massage is a powerful remedy to help relieve some of the potential damage normal day-to-day and seasonal stress can cause in your body. My massage uses Swedish, Esalen, and Hawaiian massage techniques, based on the clients needs and draping preferences!

I’m working Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am through 8:00 pm. Sundays on a pre-arranged schedule.

Session fee(s) are:

- 60 minute $65

- 90 minute $95

- We're celebrating America's Independence July 4th - 31st - Veterans and/or anyone 65+ $10 discount off either massage time!
