Need WC Attorney - Medical-Only Case, Severe Pain, PAR Denied at All Levels - legal services

I'm a 67-year-old NYS resident (Long Island) with a 2008 Workers' Comp case that is now medical-only.

I have herniated discs at C5-6 and C6-7, causing severe daily pain.

My surgeon submitted a PAR for cervical surgery:

• Level 1: Denied

• Level 2: Denied

• Level 3: Denied after 90 days

That's 150 days of waiting while in excruciating pain.

The denial appears based on "degenerative changes" and lack of explicit causal language. I need an attorney to help me request a hearing and properly present medical evidence.

I've completed PT and had 3 epidural injections - temporary relief only.

I cannot find representation because the case is "medical-only," but I urgently need help.
