• Service prices:

1. Service call -$200 (one hour of system troubleshooting is included)

2. Regular cleaning with special chemical stuff:

6k-15k btu - $250

18k-36k BTU - $350

3. Deep cleaning with power wash and special chemical stuff:

6k-15k btu - $400

18k -36k BTU - $500

4. Charging with R410A refrigerant - $400 for first 5lb and $50 for each additional lb

5. Nitrogen pressure test (to find a freon leak in the system) - $800 for a single zone system and $200 for each next indoor unit or branch box

6. Installation:

6k-18k btu single zone system - $1200

24k-36k BTU single zone system -$1700

Multi zone system - plus $700 for each additional indoor unit

7. Electrical connection of the system - $800

• Why I recommend mini split ACs:

1. Central AC systems have ducts with fiber glass insulation inside and collect dust. Dust and glass come to your rooms when you use the system. You breath with it so you can get cough, asthma and lung cancer.

2. Central ACs consume much more electricity so you pay bigger bills

3. Central AC air handlers and ducts take much more space that you can use more useful.

4. Central ASc are directed by one common thermostat. No opportunity to get individual temperature in each room, only by grills - to adjust them everytime.
