You'll be told how much you'll be charged for the work before the electrician starts, including any diagnostic work needed. This rate won't include any parts or special equipment hire needed or GST.

We will charge you only for the time our electricians spend on site solving your problem. We won't charge you for their traveling time, or for any time they spend collecting material (they carry day to day tools and parts in their vans).

If special parts are needed, we may charge a traveling fee to collect them.

Quotation or Estimation

Once the electrician arrive on site, If you prefer, an estimate of how long the work will take to complete a $25.00 travel fee maybe charged to customer for price quotation. This travel fee will be refund if customers offer us the job the sametime.
