Dental Assistant – Learn Advanced Dentistry & Digital Workflow

We are Allied Dentist LLP (d/b/a EOI-NYC), a high-level emergency and restorative practice in Midtown Manhattan. We handle complex cases, utilize advanced technology, and prioritize clinical excellence and efficiency.

This position is ideal for assistants who enjoy learning, taking on responsibility, and expanding their clinical skills beyond routine dentistry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a passive assisting position. You will work directly with Dr. Dayani and gain exposure to procedures, technology, and clinical responsibilities rarely found in a typical dental assisting role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO & LEARN

• Work with advanced digital technology including CBCT imaging and CEREC same-day dentistry

• Assist with endodontic procedures, implant surgery, emergency care, and complex restorative treatment

• Develop the ability to anticipate clinical needs and help procedures move efficiently

• Expand your clinical skill set through direct exposure to advanced dentistry and digital workflows

SCHEDULE & REALITIES OF EMERGENCY CARE

• Monday through Friday only — enjoy your weekends

• Sharp 8:30 AM start

• As an emergency practice, we finish when the day's patients have been cared for, typically between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM

• If you require a strict "clock out at exactly 5:00 PM" environment, this position will likely not be a good fit

COMPENSATION

• $27.00 – $30.00+/hr: Highly skilled assistants with advanced surgical, digital, or specialty experience
