Maintenance - healthcare - job employment

Large Manhattan based medical practice is seeking a full-time Monday- Friday Maintenance employee. Applicant with prior experience in a health care environment preferred. Early morning and evening hours and ability to be flexible with changing work hours required.

Duties Include: Cleaning patient care rooms, sterilization of medical equipment, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, break room, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restocking of medical and office supplies and setting up for minor medical procedures. Other routine maintenance duties as assigned. Heavy lifting of boxes required.

Qualifications:

Legally able to hold employment in the USA with proper documentation.

Maintaining sanitary work environment with health department compliance

Prompt and punctual and act in a professional manner.

Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and take direction.
