Seeking a female home health aide 40's - 50's (only due to clients age) with experience and references. Interview, Background check and Drug test required. Please attach a picture and short bio with your reply. Thank you.

The Female patient is alert and very active still living/enjoying life. The patient isn't bed or wheelchair bound and this isn't a companion position. That means you will have to do your job as the client is able to see that you haven't. Keep in mind that patient is prior military.

Requirements:

- MUST LOVE and have a passion for Helping people.

- Read, Write, Speak, and Comprehend English.

- Not afraid of pets

- In great Physical Shape - Able to climb stairs, lift/carry items, and etc.

- Self-Starter - doesn't have to be told what to do.

- Punctual

- Respectful.

- Reliable

- Polite Dispostion

- Optimistic. Joyful even.

- Well spoken or Soft spoken.

- Understands boundaries.

- Well kept. (Clean)

- No current or previous drug habits.

- Nothing that will put the client in danger.

- Know how to conduct yourself in public. (Midtown, UES, Williamsburg, DUMBO, and etc.)

- Doesn't have to be watched constantly or guided to do their job.

- Respects the clients home and possessions.

- Doesn't make a lot of noise such as being loud on the phone or yelling.

Responsibilities:

- Helping to keep the home clean and organized.

- Laundry

- Grocery shopping

- Meal Prep

- Running errands mostly with the client.

- Assisting the client when needed.

- Attending appointments some times frequently.

- Minding your business and doing your job.
