Business Development Associate - business / management - manager job employment

Fifth Avenue Co is seeking ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our New York City team and develop into leadership and management roles.

This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level position where you will learn the business from the ground up. You’ll begin by representing nationally recognized brands, engaging with customers face-to-face, delivering presentations, building relationships, and working toward individual and team sales goals.

As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on management experience in:

Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

Training, coaching, and motivating a team

Setting goals and tracking team performance

Leading meetings and managing daily team operations

We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for performance-based advancement. Team members may also have opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators who take initiative, enjoy working with people, and want to develop practical experience in business, recruitment, leadership, and team management.

Requirements

Coachable and comfortable giving and receiving feedback

Reliable and available to work full-time on-site in New York City

Previous experience in leadership, recruitment, business development, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is preferred but not required.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
