Fifth Avenue Co is adding to our New York City team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building connections and working toward goals.

As a Customer Service & Brand Marketing Associate, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands, engage with customers face-to-face, answer questions, present products and services and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs.

We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for performance-based advancement into leadership and entry-level management.

Team members may also have opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators who are customer-focused, goal-oriented, organized, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
