Assistant Field Representative - architect / engineer / cad - job employment

We are seeking an energetic, well-spoken, a natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure, and reliable Field Representative to join our construction team. In this role, you will be reporting to project manager with through clear communication, accurate reporting, and adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.

What You'll Do:

Write accurate daily field reports including pre-shift meeting reports

Follow direction from Project Manager

Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives on a daily basis under the direction of the project manager

Follow established protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures

Work location is an active job site, daily from 6 am to 2:30 pm

Work with an Union labor force

Requirements:

Be able to read drawings and understand specifications

DOB SST Card (Knowledge of Safety, OSHA, and SSA regulations) as plus

Reliable transportation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem solver under the direction of the project manager
